That day was tough I remember not being able to catch my breath in the middle of the workout and Travis just looked at me and said “keep moving you got this”. It was then I realized he was right, if I just kept moving it was so much better than staying still on my couch watching tv. From then on I attended almost every boot camp for about 2 years and until this day the only workouts I do are Sample training.
