ATHLETE TRAINING

Now in season year-round, S.A.M.P.L.E. is running fitness training camps for athletes and sports teams across the greater Bergen County area. S.A.M.P.L.E. serves youth, high school and collegiate athletics organizations, piloting a state of the art speed, strength and conditioning program at the comfort of your team’s home field or gym.

We’ll work within state-mandated training regulations on high school athletes to personalize streamlined fitness regimens for your squad on your terms. Whether you train on our turf or your own — the choice is yours! – we pledge to meet your team needs in a friendly competitive and always enthusiastic environment.

Our holistic approach to sports training equips all athletes with a baseline level of fitness necessary in competitive athletics (General Physical Preparation), all the while fashioning drills, exercises and circuits to suit each particular sport (Specialized Physical Preparation). We purposely recondition our athletes to train in integration — as opposed to isolation – in order to best simulate the synergistic, full-body movements that comprise athletic activity.

Covering peewees to pros and everything in between, the S.A.M.P.L.E. team has trained athletes with a wide range of skill levels and personal goals. In all, the S.A.M.P.L.E. team has worked with clients within the following sports: football, basketball, baseball, softball, soccer, hockey, lacrosse, wrestling, field hockey, volleyball, tennis, figure skating, gymnastics and track and field.

Sports coaching doesn’t have to be a juggling act. Let us take care of the speed, strength and conditioning training while you, the coach, recommit your energy to what you do best: skill teaching, game-planning and sport-specific instruction.
